In accordance with internal resolution 001-2025, which formalizes the public call for bids for the Strategic Alliance for the Comprehensive Development of the Municipality of La Primavera, Vichada.

 🎯 Purpose of the Call:
To invite public and private entities, social and community organizations, and international cooperation agencies to participate in the formation of a Strategic Alliance focused on rural economic development, social inclusion, and strengthening the community fabric in the municipality of La Primavera, department of Vichada.

 

Maximum financing amount: $650,000,000

👥 Profile of Professionals to be Recruited:


Special consideration will be given to professionals, technicians, and technologists who:
- Understand and align with the humanistic vision and mission of Semita Lucis and FUCONHU, which are oriented toward respect for human dignity, equity, and comprehensive development.
- Demonstrate, through their career and professional attitude, a deep understanding of value neutrality, understood as the ethical commitment to keep their work free from ideological, religious, political, or personal judgments that could interfere with the alliance's objectives.
- Are committed to keeping business and social activities free from disputes or polarization, prioritizing collective well-being and respect for diversity of thought.

 

📌 Participation Requirements:
- Be a legal entity legally incorporated in Colombia or abroad with the capacity to operate in the country.
- Have proven experience in at least one of the aforementioned lines of action.
- Submit a technical and financial proposal aligned with the objectives of the call for proposals.
- Comply with current regulations in Colombia regarding public procurement, international cooperation, and corporate social responsibility.

 

📄 Documentation to be submitted:
- Certificate of existence and legal representation.  
- Institutional resume.  
- Technical and financial proposal.  
- Letter of intent signed by the legal representative.
- Evidence of previous experience (minimum of two similar projects).
- Declaration of ethical commitment to value neutrality and the humanistic vision of the alliance.
